Terms and Conditions (CGV)

Le Lodge La Tuvière – SARL CPNM – Jarrier, Savoie

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Le Lodge La Tuvière, whether made directly, by phone, email, on our website, or through third-party platforms.

2. Booking and payment

Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the house rules displayed at the establishment.
A reservation is confirmed upon written confirmation by us (via email or booking platform).
A deposit or credit card guarantee may be requested.
The balance of the stay is payable upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
In case of late cancellation (as per the conditions at the time of booking), no-show, or early departure, the full amount remains due.

3. Rates

Prices are in euros, including VAT.
They include accommodation, mentioned services, and applicable taxes.
Tourist tax is not included and is charged separately based on local regulations.

4. Check-in and check-out

Rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
In case of unauthorized late check-out, an additional night may be charged.

5. House rules and guest behaviour

Guests agree to respect the tranquility of the premises and behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the facilities.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
Eating in rooms and consuming food from outside on the terrace are not permitted. Our restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the stay may be terminated without refund. Additional fees may be charged for cleaning or repairs.

6. Pets

Pets are welcome under the full responsibility of their owner.
They must be clean, quiet, kept on a leash in common areas, and must never be left alone in the room.
Any damage or disturbance caused will be charged to the owner.
An extra charge per night applies for the presence of a pet.

7. Room cleaning

For multi-night stays, full cleaning is done upon request.
Beds are made daily by our staff.
Clean towels are available upon simple request.

8. Liability

The property declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings left in the rooms or shared areas.
Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves, their children, or their pets.

9. Dining

Meals are served at our restaurant “La Table du Lodge”, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (subject to availability).
Consumption of external food in rooms or on the terrace is not allowed.

10. Disputes and applicable law

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If this fails, only French courts have jurisdiction.
French law applies to all contractual relations.
